Accessibility

Noemi supports macOS VoiceOver for screen reader navigation across the entire UI.

CANVAS & NODES

The canvas is an accessible group container. Each node exposes:

• Title - Display name of the node
• Description - Node type and connection counts
• State - Focusable and selectable
• Actions - Press to select, Show Menu for context actions

VOICEOVER ANNOUNCEMENTS

Noemi announces key events:

• Node added, deleted, or selected
• Connection created or deleted
• Transport play/stop
• Project save/load

CONTROL LABELS

All interactive controls have accessibility titles: sliders, combo boxes, buttons, and toggles across the transport, mixer, modulation matrix, arrangement editor, and all node editors.

KEYBOARD NAVIGATION

• Press C with a node selected to open the connection target picker
• Press D with a node selected to list and disconnect connections
• Standard Tab and arrow keys navigate between controls
