What we collect

Your email address when you buy something or create an account, and your order history. Payment details go to Stripe; we never see your card number.

How you found us. When you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags, an ad click id, or an affiliate code, we keep that in a cookie on this site for 30 days and record it against any order you place, so we know which ad or creator to credit. That cookie is ours alone and is never sent to anyone else.

Why we collect it

To send you download links and receipts, to let you sign in and get your files again later, to pay affiliates and creators for the sales they send, and to see which advertising is worth paying for.

Advertising cookies

We use advertising tags from Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Reddit and AdRoll so we can show Tweakbench to people who have visited before, and so those platforms can tell which ads led to a sale. In the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland these tags load only after you accept them; elsewhere they load by default. You can change your answer at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

When an order completes and you have allowed advertising cookies, we also confirm the purchase to Meta and Reddit from our server: a one-way hash of your email address, your IP address, your browser type and the order value. This stops the same sale being counted twice and works even if the browser tag was blocked. If you declined, nothing is sent.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics and PostHog to count visits and see which pages people read. Neither is used to show you advertising.

What we don't do

We don't sell your email address. We don't send marketing emails unless you opt in. We don't share your order history with anyone except the payment processor and, as described above, the advertising platforms you have allowed.

Your data, your call

Email us to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting your account removes your profile and download records and anonymises your orders.
